1. Service Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Service Genie's services, including but not limited to:

• Chandelier Services (cleaning, maintenance, custom design, installation, sales)
• Polishing Services (marble, granite, stone floor polishing)
• Mirror-Finish Diamond Polishing
• Carpet Cleaning
• Epoxy Grouting
• Commercial & Residential Floor Restoration

2. Service Booking

2.1 Appointment Scheduling

All service appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule appointments at our discretion.

2.2 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2.3 Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule appointments without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Pricing and Payments

3.1 Service Estimates

All quoted prices are estimates until our technicians assess the actual work required. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Scope of work
• Materials required
• Time involved
• Special circumstances

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept:

• Cash
• Credit/Debit Cards
• Bank Transfers
• Digital Payment Methods

3.3 Taxes

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Access and Preparation

Clients must ensure:

• Adequate access to the work area
• Clearance of personal items from work surfaces
• Proper lighting and ventilation
• Safe working conditions

4.2 Valuables and Fragile Items

Clients are responsible for securing or removing valuable/fragile items prior to service. Service Genie is not liable for items not disclosed before service.

5. Limitations of Liability

Service Genie shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing conditions or damage
• Consequential or incidental damages
• Damage caused by improper maintenance after our service
• Acts beyond our reasonable control

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty on workmanship for most services. This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse or accidents
• Issues arising from failure to follow care instructions

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Service Genie and protected by copyright laws.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
